    Do you think it would alter the flavor drastically to use sesame oil instead of olive oil if I wanted more of an “Asian” flair?

      Yeah in all honesty I wouldn’t use sesame with this mix of spices, but why don’t you take a look at the sesame mix of the dumplings?! It’s got ginger, etc and you can use it for the beef too! xo

    I donโ€™t have any orange juice. Can I add something else or is it not a good idea to make it without the orange juice? Thank you.

      Hi Rayan! The orange juice does tie all the flavors together (as does the orange zest), so I would suggest keeping those in ๐Ÿ˜‰ xo Paola

      It comes out a bit tough… I tried it once that way and the meat just didn’t get quite tender ๐Ÿ™
