Would it be okay if I bought this and then got it printed and bound at a copy shop? I’m guessing I would use it heavily, so that wold be nice. But I don’t want to infringe on your copyrights or anything.

  2. Julie Naulls says:

I agree with all the hard cover requests! I want to be able to flip through the pages of a real book. If I print the pages myself, I tend to lose them (not very organized! LOL) They I need to reprint. Darn annoying. I think it ends up costing me more. There are some really good hard cover Keto recipe books on Amazon that I have ordered. I’d like to see more of my favourites ! So, please reconsider and get it printed! Thank you.

Hard copy PLEASE!!! Not expecting to be free. I love all your recipes thank you so much for all you do I really really appreciate all your hard work. 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️

  4. Katherine says:

I would also purchase a hard cover cook book. Love the three recipes I’ve prepared so far (marshmallows, raspberry chia seed jam and pancakes) but HATE all the pop up ads.

    Thanks

    • Paola van der Hulst says:

I get you Katherine, but please keep in mind that creating all this FREE (!!!) content for all you guys is most definitely not free for me… so I do need to offset costs and make a living (VIP!).

      😉 xo!!

      • Jen says:

I have tried lots of keto recipes and yours by far are the best and closest to the real deal!!! Thank you so much for this wonderful website we so many yummy recipes!

  5. Margarita Arango says:

Tell me how much is a hard copy and I will pay for it! I cannot print at home! And I simply cannot function with e-recipes!

  6. Complaint about the demanding complainers! says:

    Jeez! The demands for paper!

Print what you want and put in a binder, or have printed and bound at office store!

    • Rachel W. Hawkridge says:

      Sure! Have you tried?

And they are mostly keto – so you have to go all keto, or at least low carb.

      • Brian says:

For what it’s worth, I lost 73 lbs on keto without exercise, without tracking calories, and I have a desk job.

Abs are made in the kitchen.

      • Sharyn says:

Hmmm… I’m 54, and have been following keto/low carb since New Years and as of today, I’ve lost 26 pounds…..with no exercise.

I have MS so I cannot do much. If you stay true to yourself, you will shed the pounds, but…it’s different for everyone.

      • Ro says:

actually, you can shed weight on keto without exercise. i was able to last summer when i started I just had a lower carb count for the day. (i had 5 part time jobs all at once and literally did not have a second to spare to exercise. lost 30lbs that summer)

      • Rhiannon Moore says:

U absolutely can lose weight without exercise. Keto is not about exercise. I lost 0 lbs while doing keto and XFit together. Stopped xfit and dropped 45 lbs in 4 mos. it’s about food and portion control.

          • Sharon Richardson says:

I lost 80+ pounds from my heaviest weight, and I could do no exercise (I’m 80+, doctor’s orders) so it can be done without any exercise, just by watching what you eat, Keto only!
I lost it in about 6 months, by the way!

      • RachelH says:

Yanno, that’s not true. Many people will lose weight without exercise. Depends on the person, the diet, and the exercise (or lack thereof).

      • Sharon Richardson says:

I lost over 50 lbs in one year by sticking to Keto – no exercise (I’m 80+). So it can be done without exercise!

      • Linda says:

Oh yes you will and with no exercise ….seriously I am 96 pounds lighter eating keto recipes. I still work 10 hours a day with my own business (and do a lot of stairs) and I am over 70 years old, my diabetes is gone (after 28 years) and I am healthy. ….no prescriptions.

    • Rebecka says:

I’ve lost 37 pounds in the last 9 months with no exercise, I’m also over 40 years old but following a ketogenic way of eating is the only thing I’ve ever had success in losing weight with and keeping it off. Still going and I’m loving it!

I wasnt sure whether to buy or not as tend to read hard copy books, however, I love Gnom gnom so much and at less than £20 quid, I decided to give it a whirl. I am so glad I did, what I have is an invaluable resource, its parked on my desktop and easy to locate and to read. Download was fast and easy, lots of versions available, if you have an E-reader you are catered for, I have a laptop so saved the PDF files. Lovely colour pictures and the usual attention to detail, crafted guidance, suggested variations and tongue tingling descriptions that made me fall in love with everything this amazing lady does, she deserves an award in my book, its truly breathtaking what she can create from a few ingredients! I really cant find a single recipe that doesnt appeal. I am also happy to see that although fairly new to this game, I have all the required ingredients I need. Tonight I was reading through and planning my choice of cheesecake for the weekend and feeling so very happy that I can at last eat, enjoy, and be healthy having left wheat and processed sugar behind me. I sleep better, have lost weight, my skin is glowing, and although I still get great pleasure from food, I don’t need as much of it, it doesnt control me, and everything I eat tastes SO much better….There are some recipes here that will form the basics of a lifetimes of eating, flaky pastry, cheesecakes, what a joy! I would recommend giving this a go, even if you would prefer a hard copy, because its great value for money and you will love scrolling down to see what mouth watering delight is next in store without the distraction of a single advert.

  8. Colleen says:

Agree with the preference for hard copy! I really can’t stand e-cookbooks, hard copies are a must! After trying your brownie recipe I really want to explore more. Hopefully you will head to press soon!

        • Jon Rueck says:

For hard copy preference folks, many libraries offer both computers and printers. Often available staff will help with getting email and printing, usually with a small fee per page.

          • Michelle says:

Is this my Uncle Jon?? This is Michelle. John and I have been doing Keto since January and I love this site!!! Love and hugs to all from John and I!! Give Aunt Connie a hug and kiss from me!! Tell Robin and Jim hello too!! What a funny unusual place to connect!! Lol

  9. Nikia L George says:

I completely agree with all the previous comments regarding wanting a hard covered book. Ebooks are good if you are reading a random story however having to navigate the internet or go through all your saved items and your Word document when you’re trying to do something quick is a hassle it’s stressful and I can never find the same recipe. With a hard copy in front of you you won’t lose it, you can physically turn pictures you can make notes and it’s much more concrete and easy to follow. I was going to buy until I realized it was an ebook. I really feel like you’ve probably lost some business because it’s not an option.

    • Paola van der Hulst says:

Thank you Nikia for taking the time to comment! Like you, I also prefer a hard copy… but I suffered a nerve injury a year and a half ago and that put cookbook plans on halt at the time. But I’m happy to report I’m making a full recovery, so I’ll keep you guys posted 😉

      • Petra says:

Hi Paola, I purchased your e-books and it is my go-to resource for Keto friendly recipes. I love the pancakes for breakfast, and the chocolate chip blondes as a treat. Thank you so much for your imagination in creating these nice recipes and I hope and pray you recover a 100% from your injury. I am a Dutch immigrant living in NZ.

    • Shirley Lentini says:

I buy cheap binders and print the recipes i want. Use a hole punch and cheap separator tabs and wa-la a hard copy cook book. you could even put them in sheet protectors if you want. I subscribe to hp ink at $3.17 a month for 50 pages. I’ve never gone over that amount yet. Thats less then buying two ink cartridges and their cartridges are bigger and last forever.

      • Shirley Lentini says:

I don’t like buying cookbooks cuz half the time I don’t like a lot of the recipes in them. This way I can save what I want.

  10. Karen Court says:

Paid for ecookbook, realized it was not hard copy and requested refund within a day. Did not hear anything back. I have been charged for both books. How do I access books. Karen
