Paola, Thank you so much for all these amazing recipes. I am a former Type 2 Diabetic, currently a Pre Diabetic at the very low end. I am almost normal. LOL Having said that, there is no cure….. just managing, so I consider myself a diabetic for life; and I have to eat as though I still am.
Even being PRE diabetic, my body still does not respond well to sugars or carbs, or even certain food combinations and certain times of the day are different for me too. It’s frustrating, but your recipes have been a game changer for me. THANK YOU.

I want to start the ketos or something like this- diet soon- i know nothing about it- i dint know what i need ti get started??? I dont have any over the ingredients i am reading in these recipes ???? Ive never even heard of some of them- does my local store even carry these items??? So first no clue what i need for grocery’s to get started- ( i need help with a list of items for 1 week of meals) – wear to het them- and then help with recipes and how to prepare them- its a whole new way of cooking that i dont know how to do- so this is very difficult for someone like me- i really want to do this but it will be very challenging and i will need guidance! Do you or anyone out there offer this help??? I also have heard of Nat powder or drinks – is this good on your keto recipe plan????? HELP PLEASE!!! From Iowa and need all the help i can get!!!!! Book looks amazing! My girlfriend has just started keto and loves it but as a veggie often finds that most savoury keto recipes are very meat focused. Want to surprise her with this but is there a good amount of vegetarian recipes in the book? Interested in both btw!

That’s what I do with all my Ebooks; I print them out, put them in a binder and then label the edge so it’s clearly visible which Ebook it is when I open my cupboard. And I always slip the cover of the Ebook into the front pocket of the binder. It looks great. Ebooks are just more affordable.
I plan on getting both of her books after Christmas. For now, I’m really enjoying all the ones that she so generously has made available to all of us.
