Keto Pie Crust

(2g net carb!)

Add keto 'flours' and pulse to combine

Add butter and cream cheese

Add an egg and apple cider vinegar

Bring the dough together and chill for 1 hour

Roll out between two sheets of parchment paper

And use for anything from roll-ups...

... or perhaps a (show stopper!) baked brie?!

It's also *great* for empanadas...

... and pies!
