Keto Focaccia (with yeast!)

prepare baking pan with (plenty!) of extra virgin olive oil

whisk together keto almond flour mix

mix dry yeast, inulin (or maple syrup) with warm water

rest until bubbly and mix in the eggs

add your almond flour mix (a little at a time!)

transfer to prepared pan

add rosemary springs, evoo and flaky sea salt

rest for one hour and bake
