Keto Eggnog

(2g net carb!)

Add heavy whipping cream and almond milk

a cinnamon stick

(freshly grated!) nutmeg

and simmer

Add egg yolks, sweetener 

and whisk away (until super duper light and fluffy!)

Temper in your simmering 'milks'

i.e. add them little by little to not scramble the eggs!

you can go a little faster after a bit!

return to the heat, mixing constantly

until it coats the back of a wooden spoon


add booze al gusto (or vanilla extract!) 

cover and refrigerate overnight
